National Annual Meeting

Registration Information

Participants  

The conference registration fee for the 2024 National Annual Meeting is $825 and includes a box lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday this year.  Registration on site will be very limited due to cutoff dates with the hotel.  Onsite registration fee will be $900 and will be limited.

*The cutoff date to register for the National Annual Meeting is Friday, March 29th.

Registrants who have completed their registration will receive confirmation via the email address provided.  If you do not receive your confirmation, there could be a problem with your registration.

Spouses and Guests

Adult spouses and guests aged 18 and older must be registered and have a name badge to participate in   conference activities.  The registration fee is $225 and includes a name badge, continental breakfast on two days, as well as entry into the Exhibit Hall.  You will receive a name badge which will allow you entrance into the National Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall anytime it is open and the Spouse Hospitality area, where continental breakfast will be served on Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday, May 9 from 8:30am to 10am.    Box lunches in the Exhibit Hall will be available for purchase at the time of registration for an additional fee of $66 per lunch for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Youth

A youth fee of $80 is required for children ages 12-17 who plan to participate in conference activities.  This fee includes a name badge, continental breakfast Wednesday and Thursday, and entry into the Exhibit Hall. There is no registration fee for children under 12 years of age.  However, if a child requires a seat at a meal, a ticket to the event must be purchased. Box lunches in the Exhibit Hall will be available for purchase at the time of registration for an additional fee of $66 per meal for Tuesday and Wednesday.
