The Sheraton Dallas Hotel guest room rate for attendees of the 2026 Scouting America National Annual Meeting is $209 for a standard room with single or double occupancy plus taxes. This rate is offered, on a space-available basis, beginning Sunday, May 11, through Friday, May 16. The hotel will honor the discounted rate 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability.
The cutoff date for making a reservation is Sunday, April 6, 2026; however, early booking is recommended.
The Rosen Shingle Creek guest room rate for attendees of the 2025 Scouting America National Annual Meeting is $264 for a standard room with single or double occupancy plus taxes. This rate is offered, on a space-available basis, beginning Sunday, May 11, through Friday, May 16. The hotel will honor the discounted rate 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability.
There is no resort fee, however use of the onsite gym is $10.00 per stay, per person.

Ground Transportation
Between DFW International Airport (DFW) and the Sheraton Dallas there are several options.
- Taxi service typically costs between $45 and $60 one way.
- Uber or Lyft are also available between the airport and hotel. Rates range from $40 to $65 one way depending on the date and type of vehicle transportation secured.
- DART light rail runs about $3 one way. Take the Orange Line from the airport to St Paul Station and is roughly a one-hour ride.
Car rental at the DFW International Airport. Rates will vary by provider and the number of days for rental. You will also be responsible for onsite parking fees.

The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $19 for self-parking for meeting participants only. The rate is a per day rate and is normally $30. Parking may be limited due to high demand. Valet parking is $55 per day.
